The Position*
Looking for a Sea Change in the New Year? I have a position for a J2EE
Developer with an affinity for (or affinity to learn) Portlet
Development on Websphere.
I have had good exposure to the client, and the work is interesting and
career building. You'll be working with Eclipse-based tools and learning
Maven on the way if need be. You will learn to think dark thoughts about
Websphere before too long...
Ideally, you'll have done portlet development in the past, but that's
probably not a showstopper if you have good exposure to SpringMVC/Spring
Webflow which is driving the Portlet frameworks...
*Ahem. Why is Glen doing Recruitment now? (Isn't he a developer?)*
Yes. Well. I'm a long term contractor myself, and thought there might be
an opportunity for a recruitment company "By Developers for Developers".
So if you're keen to have an account manager that knows great coffee AND
how to write an EJB... I might be worth talking to...
If you're interested, let me know and I'll ship you some docs,
Glen.
