Greetings,
We have a position for a Senior Business Analyst on an existing project. This is a great project which has potential to go on for a few years. We already have a great presence on this project and an excellent working relationship with the client.
Role:
Senior Business Analyst
Brief summary:
You’ll be working in a medium seized BA team and have experience working in dynamic and agile teams. These guys mean business, so much so that they have SCRUM meeting every day. This is a fast paced project, where the only measure of progress is the working software. If this sounds like you, send me your CV and responses against selection criteria bellow.
Selection criteria:
(a) have knowledge of and experience in object oriented design, including a well developed understanding of UML and iterative and agile development methodologies
(b) have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the demonstrated ability to capture and model business requirements
(c) have strong analytical, problem solving, quality acceptance and documentation skills
(d) be able to apply their knowledge of industry standards and best practice to requirements analysis, management and modelling
(e) experience on an enterprise level and experience interacting and communicating with functional managers
(f) be a self-managing and self-starting individual
(g) scheduling skills using Microsoft Project would be advantageous
